HOW TO ENTER:

Log on to mrsdash.com and click on the Contest link or icon. If you are already registered with mrsdash.com, log in with your email and password. If you are not already registered with mrsdash.com, click on "Sign Up Now" and you will be directed to a registration page. When you have properly filled in all of the required information on the Registration Form, click "Submit" once. Then you will be directed to an Entry Page with a text box to type in your best kept kitchen secret using Mrs. Dash®. To enter the Calling All Cooks Contest, each entrant types in their best-kept kitchen secret (“Tip”) using Mrs. Dash® into the text box in 100 words or less. All entries must be original and not infringe the rights of any third party. Contest starts 12:00:01 am CT on April 22, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on June 27, 2008 (“Promotional Period”). A week begins at 12:00:01am CT on a Saturday and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on the following Friday (except for the last week, which shall end at 11:59:59pm CT on June 27, 2008 Starting on April 22, each week, all entries received will be judged by a panel of judges, based on the following criteria, all of which will be given equal weight: originality, creativity and appropriate content. The highest scoring entries each week will be posted on www.mrsdash.com. In the case of a tie, the tiebreaker will be the highest scoring tip in the appropriate content category. Entries will be accepted beginning 12:01 AM ET on April 22, 2008 and ending 11:59 PM ET on June 27, 2008. The use of automated or third party entry software is prohibited.

Promotional Period:

Contest starts 12:00:01 am CT on April 22, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on June 27, 2008 (“Promotional Period”). A week begins at 12:00:01am CT on a Saturday and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on the following Friday (except for the last week, which shall end at 11:59:59pm CT on June 27, 2008. A day begins at 12:00:01am CT and ends at the following 11:59:59pm CT. Entries must be received, accepted and recorded by Sponsor’s computer during the Promotional Period. The Sponsor’s clock is the official clock for this Contest.

WHO CAN ENTER:

Contest open to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, Quebec and U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories, and where prohibited. One entry per person/family/household/email address during the Promotional Period.
Each entry must be unique, original and not infringe the rights of any third party. Copies of these Official Rules are available at mrsdash.com.

PRIZES:

One (1) Calling All Cooks entry will be selected to be posted to www.mrsdash.com each week for the weeks ending April 25, May 2th, 9th, 16st, 23th, May 30 and weeks ending June (2008) 6 th, 13 th, 20th, and 27th. Each winner will be notified by email. Each Calling All Cooks winner will receive a Mrs. Dash® Gift Package, which includes
• 3 Mrs. Dash® Salt-Free Seasoning Blends, ARV$2.99 US/$3.00 CDN each;
• Mrs. Dash® Chef’s Apron, average retail value $15 US/$15.07CDN;

Allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use Winner’s Tip, name, likeness and biographical information for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation (unless prohibited by law). Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release for no additional compensation (unless prohibited by law) as well as a declaration/copyright release confirming that their Tip is original, does not infringe the rights of any third party and granting Sponsor a perpetual royalty-free license to use the Tip in any media, as is or edited. Each Tip submitted must be original, unpublished and the sole property of the submitter, The submission of a Tip constitutes entrant’s irrevocable assignment and transfer to Sponsor of any and all rights, title or interest in and the use of the tip including, but not limited to, all copyrights and indicates entrants’ acceptance of all Contest rules and requirements. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

ADDITIONAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES:

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, their parent companies, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders & agents (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death or loss of property, arising from or in connection with this Contest or acceptance or use of any prize awarded (including, without limitation, any travel or activity related thereto.) Releasees assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures, unauthorized access of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof. All entries will be deemed to be works for hire under the copyright laws of the United States (if applicable), but if they cannot be deemed works for hire, by entering this Contest, the entrants agree to assign and hereby assign and transfer to Sponsor without additional compensation all right, title and interest in and to the entries, including, but not limited to, the copyright, worldwide, in the entries, in any form or format, subject to reserving rights for the entrants’ private/noncommercial use only. Entrants agree to perform all acts and to execute all documents deemed necessary by Sponsor and/or Administrator to record and perfect any such transfer and assignment. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, alter, modify or edit the entries for any purpose, including, but not limited to, for any advertising, trade or promotional purposes.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, and such entries will not be eligible. Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor and Administrator further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from entering the Contest. Submission of an entry is acknowledgement of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Contest.
