  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 onion, diced finely
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
  • cooking spray
Directions
  • 1. Heat a grill or cast iron grill plate to medium. Spray with cooking spray.
  • 2. Toss all ingredients in bowl.
  • 3. Form into 6 oz. patties.
  • 4. Grill to desired degree of doneness.
