Almost Dirty Rice Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. of your favorite spicy mustard
Directions
  • 1. Heat a 9 inch sauté pan to medium heat.
  • 2. Add vegetable oil, tomatoes and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Sauté 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add cooked rice, mustard and stir often, reducing heat to simmer.
  • 4. Remove to a flat tray and cool, chill in refrigerator until cold, about 5-10 minutes. Season with more Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend if needed just before serving.

This was not so good. I think that there is way to much seasoning for this little bit of rice.
