4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

2 cups cooked brown rice

1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped fine

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 Tbsp. of your favorite spicy mustard
- Directions

1. Heat a 9 inch sauté pan to medium heat.

2. Add vegetable oil, tomatoes and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Sauté 2 minutes.

3. Add cooked rice, mustard and stir often, reducing heat to simmer.

4. Remove to a flat tray and cool, chill in refrigerator until cold, about 5-10 minutes. Season with
more Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend if needed just before serving.
