Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) low sodium ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) red wine vinegar
  • 6 (6 Oz.) (168g) top sirloin steaks, boneless, trimmed of fat 1/2 (1.25cm) to 3/4 inches (1.8cm) thick
Directions
  • 1. Whisk together Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, ketchup, and red wine vinegar one hour before cooking steak. Set mixture aside.
  • 2. Preheat barbecue grill to medium high.
  • 3. Brush both sides of steaks generously with sauce, place on grill, turning once while grilling.Cook 4 to 5 minutes for medium, and 6 to 7 minutes for well-done. Serve hot.
