1/4 cup Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

1 lb. ground beef sirloin

1/2 cup russet potato, peeled, cut into 1/4 inch dices

1/2 cup onion, chopped into 1/4 inch dices
-
1/4 cup dried uncooked oatmeal
-
cooking spray
-
1 medium tomato, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray 8 x 4 inch pan with cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients, except tomator, in bowl and let rest 30 minutes.

3. Pat into loaf pan.

4. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices and continue baking 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.

5. Rest 15 minutes before removing from pan.
