Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb. ground beef sirloin
  • 1/2 cup russet potato, peeled, cut into 1/4 inch dices
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped into 1/4 inch dices
  • 1/4 cup dried uncooked oatmeal
  • cooking spray
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 8 x 4 inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients, except tomator, in bowl and let rest 30 minutes.
  • 3. Pat into loaf pan.
  • 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices and continue baking 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
  • 5. Rest 15 minutes before removing from pan.
