Cheesy Broccoli Bake

2 1/4 cups (540mL) day-old white bread, crusts removed, cut into 1/2" (1.25cm) cubes

2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles, divided

1/2 tsp (2.5cm) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

1/2 tsp (2.5mL) prepared yellow mustard

1 cup (240mL) skim milk

10 Oz. (280g) package of frozen broccoli spears, thawed

vegetable cooking spray

1. Place bread cubes in large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.(15mL) Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy; toss to coat.

2. Combine mustard and milk in small bowl; mix until dissolved.

3. Pour over bread cubes; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes.

4. Spray 8 inch (20cm) square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Arrange broccoli in bottom of prepared dish.

5. Pour bread cube mixture evenly over broccoli.

6. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles.

7. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Overall a very good dish. I would recommend that you chop the broccoli into bite sized (or a bit bigger) pieces. The long spears tore up the topping on the dish and made serving harder.
