  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved crosswise
  • 8 ounces Buffalo mozzarella, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.
