1 lb (454g) carrots, grated

1/2 cup (120mL) raisins

1/2 cup (120mL) walnuts, chopped

1 cup (240mL) yogurt with fruit, low-fat Pineapple or Lemon

1 Tbsp. (15mL) brown sugar

1. Toss grated carrots, raisins, and walnuts.

2. Mix together yogurt, Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb and brown sugar, add to carrot mixture and mix well, cover and refrigerate.
