4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend

4 (4-5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

juice of half an orange

1/2 Spanish onion, sliced thin

2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-
2. Heat a large ovenproof sauté pan to medium heat. Add half of olive oil, then onions. Sauté 2 minutes.

3. Remove onions to a plate; add rest of olive oil and brown chicken, 2-3 minutes each side.

4. Return onions to pan and sprinkle all with Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend. Toss again and add orange juice.

5. Cook in oven 10-12 minutes. Remove. Rest 2 minutes and plate spooning onions and juice over chicken.
