Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. frozen mixed spring vegetable medley
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
  • 1. Place chicken breasts and vegetable medley in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
  • 2. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  • 3. Place both in 375°F preheated oven and cook 30 - 45 minutes, turning each after 10 minutes.
  • 4. Plate to 4 plates, spooning vegetables over chicken breasts.
