1 can (14 ounces) low sodium chicken broth

2 cups Minute® Brown Rice uncooked

1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend

1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Salt-Free Seasoning Blend

1 cup cooked chicken, diced

4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Directions

1. BRING chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.

2. ADD rice, Mrs. Dash® Seasoning Blends and chicken. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes.

3. ADD spinach and stir until wilted. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

Quick, simple, and filling. I serve this with a mixed greens salad. Great recipe for anyone with a hectic schedule needing a fast dinner with great taste.
