2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

4 4 oz. salmon fillets

4 slices of lemon
-
4 slices of orange
-
2 Tbsp. white wine

cooking spray
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray.

2. Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

3. Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish.

4. Sprinkle fish with wine.
-
5. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325° F. and continue to cook 5 minutes more. Rest 3 - 4 minutes before serving.
