3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

4 (4-5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 lb. mushrooms, wiped or washed, cut in half

2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Directions

1. Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.

2. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place mushrooms in an ovenproof casserole dish.

3. Place both pans in a 375°F preheated oven, cooking each pan 6-7 minutes. Mix mushrooms and turn chicken over after 4 minutes.

4. Plate chicken and sprinkle with mushrooms and pan juices.
