Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 4 (4-5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, wiped or washed, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
  • 1. Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in 2 separate bowls. Toss each with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 2. Lay chicken on a 9 x 9 inch roasting pan. Place mushrooms in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  • 3. Place both pans in a 375°F preheated oven, cooking each pan 6-7 minutes. Mix mushrooms and turn chicken over after 4 minutes.
  • 4. Plate chicken and sprinkle with mushrooms and pan juices.
