2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend

1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

1 large seedless cucumber, thinly sliced

1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) apple cider vinegar
-
1 tsp (5mL) sugar
-
1/2 cup (120mL) sour cream
-
1/2 sweet onion, peeled and minced
- Directions

1. Mix vinegar, sugar, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.

2. Add sour cream to vinegar mixture and mix well.

3. Place cucumber slices in bowl, add vinegar mixture and onions to cucumber and mix well. Chill for 1 -2 hours.

fibers, sugars, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron.

I found that using 1 1/2 Tbsp.of apple vinegar& 1/2 cup of sour cream just made the mixture just a little too sour. instead of the above I used 1/2 cup of fat free plain yogourt. Not too bad..
