Ingredients
  • 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 1 large seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5mL) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) sour cream
  • 1/2 sweet onion, peeled and minced
Directions
  • 1. Mix vinegar, sugar, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 2. Add sour cream to vinegar mixture and mix well.
  • 3. Place cucumber slices in bowl, add vinegar mixture and onions to cucumber and mix well. Chill for 1 -2 hours.

I found that using 1 1/2 Tbsp.of apple vinegar& 1/2 cup of sour cream just made the mixture just a little too sour. instead of the above I used 1/2 cup of fat free plain yogourt. Not too bad..
