Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, slivered
  • 6 oz frozen vegetable medley
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium vegetable stock, warm
  • 2 Tbsp. smoked Gouda, shredded
Directions
  • 1. Heat a small crock-pot or 1 quart saucepan to medium.
  • 2. Add meat and sauté until lightly brown.
  • 3. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add vegetable medley and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Cook until vegetables are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • 5. Serve, topping with smoked Gouda.
