3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

1/2 lb. lean ground beef

2 garlic cloves, slivered

6 oz frozen vegetable medley

3/4 cup low-sodium vegetable stock, warm

2 Tbsp. smoked Gouda, shredded
- Directions

1. Heat a small crock-pot or 1 quart saucepan to medium.

2. Add meat and sauté until lightly brown.

3. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Add vegetable medley and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Cook until vegetables are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

5. Serve, topping with smoked Gouda.
