Ingredients
  • 12 Tbsp. (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade
  • 4 4 oz (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch (1.25cm) slices
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch (1.25cm) squares
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2” (1.25cm) squares
  • 4 12x18” (30x45cm) pieces heavy duty foil or parchment paper
Directions
  • 1. Arrange one chicken breast in the middle of each piece of foil or parchment paper; place 1/4 of the vegetables on top of each chicken breast.
  • 2. Bring sides of pouch up around chicken and add 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade to each, making sure to coat chicken and vegetables. Wrap pouch loosely around mixture and seal edges carefully with double fold.
  • 3. Cook pouches in preheated 400ºF oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
