Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 lb (679g) potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) unsalted butter
Directions
  • 1. Combine ingredients in medium saucepan; mix well.
  • 2. Cook over low heat until heated through.
  • 3. Add additional low-sodium chicken broth to thin if needed.
  • 4. Using a potato masher, mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.
