Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 wedges each
Directions
  • 1. Spray oven-proof pan with no-stick cooking spray. Add Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade and potatoes to pan, toss to combine.
  • 2. Roast in preheated 400°F (200°C) oven about 20 – 25 minutes. Turn potatoes and roast an additional 20 – 25 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and browned.
  • 3. Baste with additional Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade, if desired.
