1/2 tsp (2.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Table Blend

1 lb. (454g) fresh baby carrots

1 cup (240mL) water

1/4 cup (60mL) honey

1 Tbsp. (15mL) orange juice concentrate
- Directions

1. Place carrots, water, Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender. Drain.

2. Heat honey, orange juice concentrate and Mrs. Dash® Table Blend in a small saucepan on medium heat until hot. Pour over drained carrots.

3. Serve immediately.

I modified it slighly by decreesing the amount of Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash. Otherwise, it was/is perfection; all my family agrees.
