12 oz (336g) extra lean boneless sirloin steak, all visible fat discarded

1 cup (240mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade

4 6” (15cm) whole-wheat tortillas

2 cups (480mL) lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

Dressing
-
2 Tbsp (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade

2 tsp (10mL) cider vinegar
- Directions

1. Place steak in glass dish; pour marinade over steak and turn to make sure the steak is completely coated. Let marinate 10 minutes.

2. Heat grill to medium high, place steak on grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare 145°F (63°C)), 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium 160°F (70°C), or 8 to 10 minutes for medium well to well 170°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes. Cut steak in thin strips.

3. Mix 2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade and cider vinegar to make dressing, toss with lettuce and tomatoes.

4. Place 1/2 cup (120mL) salad mixture on each tortilla, top each with 1/4 of the beef slices and garnish with crumbled feta and roll up.
