3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, divided

4 (1 lb) (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 cup (240mL) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
-
1 cup (240mL) frozen yellow corn, cooked, cooled
-
1 cup (240mL) chopped red bell pepper
-
1/4 cup (60mL) red onion, chopped fine
-
1/2 cup (120mL) fresh cilantro, chopped fine

2 Tbsp. (30mL) fresh lime juice
- Directions

1. Prepare salsa mixture at least one hour before grilling chicken.Combine 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy, black beans, yellow corn, pepper, red onion, cilantro, and fresh lime juice until well blended. Refrigerate, stirring once or twice.

2. Preheat grill to medium high.

3. Place 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy and chicken in a plastic bag; shake until well coated.

4. Grill 5 minutes.

5. Turn and cook 5 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced.

6. Serve hot with salsa spooned over each piece of chicken.
