1 12 Oz. (336mL) package frozen cooked winter squash

4 cups (960mL) potatoes, peeled, cut in 1 inch cubes

3 Tbsp. (45mL) margarine, softened

1/4 cup (60mL) fat free sour cream

2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

1/3 cup (80mL) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Directions

1. Cook squash according to package directions.

2. Place potatoes in large pan and cover with water. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes, drain.

3. Combine squash, potatoes, butter and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat another 1 to 2 minutes to thoroughly mix. Serve hot.
