Ingredients
  • 1 12 Oz. (336mL) package frozen cooked winter squash
  • 4 cups (960mL) potatoes, peeled, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) fat free sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1/3 cup (80mL) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions
  • 1. Cook squash according to package directions.
  • 2. Place potatoes in large pan and cover with water. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes, drain.
  • 3. Combine squash, potatoes, butter and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat another 1 to 2 minutes to thoroughly mix. Serve hot.
