4 Tbsp. (60mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade

1 lb. (454g) asparagus, washed and trimmed

2 medium carrots, peeled and julienne sliced

2 tsp. (10mL) chopped parsley
- Directions

1. Cook asparagus in simmering water until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
Remove asparagus from simmering water. Rinse with cool water and drain.

2. Add carrots to simmering water and cook until tender (about 3 minutes). Remove from water and drain.

3. Drizzle Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade over cooled asparagus and carrots.

4. Top with parsley, and serve.
