Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
  • 4 4 Oz. (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2 (1.25cm) inch thickness
Directions
  • 1. Combine maple syrup and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy in small bowl; brush over both sides of chicken.
  • 2. Grill or broil chicken 5 inches (12.5cm) from heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until done, turning once halfway through cooking.
  • 3. Remove chicken to cutting board; slice diagonally into medallions.
