Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 2 cups pasta shells, medium size, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 oz. low fat ricotta cheese
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 225° F.
  • 2. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 3. Cook for 30 minutes to soften tomatoes.
  • 4. Toss with remaining ingredients.
