2 1/2 Tablespoons (37.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

2 19 oz. (540mL) cans red kidney beans

3 Tablespoons (45mL) vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups (370mL) cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup (120mL) sour cream
- Directions

1. Drain kidney beans, save liquid. Heat oil in skillet, turn off heat, add beans and mash with potato masher. Add 1/3 cup (80mL) of bean liquid.

2. Stir in cheese and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Stir in sour cream.

3. If mixture is too thick, thin to desired consistency with more bean liquid.

4. Serve hot with corn chips.
