2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend

2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil

1 cup (240mL) thinly sliced peeled carrots
-
1/2 cup (120mL) thinly sliced celery
-
1/2 cup (120mL) chopped onion
-
2 cans (13 3/4 Oz. each) (385g) low sodium beef broth
-
14.5 Oz. (406g) can salt free diced tomatoes, undrained
-
1 cup (240mL) frozen green beans
-
15 Oz. (420g) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-
1 cup (240mL) thinly sliced cabbage
-
1 1/2 cups (360mL) cooked medium pasta shells
- Directions

1. Heat oil in large stockpot over medium heat.

2. Add carrots, celery, and onion.
-
3. Cook over medium heat until tender.
-
4. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.

5. Add beef broth, tomatoes and green beans; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

6. Stir in kidney beans and cabbage; cook another 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly and cabbage is tender.

7. Stir in pasta and heat 1 more minute.
