Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Blend
  • 12 oz. frozen winter vegetable medley with potatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled, thinly sliced
  • zest of one lemon
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Toss all ingredients together with Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 3. Roast in an ovenproof casserole dish, uncovered in oven 5-7 minutes.
