¾ cup (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10-Minute Marinade

1 lb.(454g) chicken strips

1 tsp (5mL) olive oil

1 large onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, julienned

6 6 inch flour tortillas

1 tomato, chopped
-
1/2 avocado, peeled, chopped
- Directions

1. Add Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grille 10- Minute Marinade to chicken strips. Coat well and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Add olive oil to non-stick skillet and cook onion and pepper until tender, for about 5 - 10 minutes. Add chicken and stir until cooked through, about 5 minutes

3. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in low-temp oven while chicken is cooking.

4. Spoon mixture evenly into tortillas. Top with tomato, avocado and roll up.
