4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend

1 1/2 lbs. round tip roast beef or other favorite cut

2 cups onions, sliced

2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Toss onions with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil and 2 Tbsp. of Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.

3. Rub beef with remaining oil and Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.

4. Place beef on top of onions and bake for about 45 minutes or until temperature of meat is 125 degrees for medium. Turn after 10 minutes.

5. Remove from oven. Cover lightly with foil and rest 5-7 minutes.
