Roast Beef with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 lbs. round tip roast beef or other favorite cut
  • 2 cups onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2. Toss onions with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil and 2 Tbsp. of Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 3. Rub beef with remaining oil and Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 4. Place beef on top of onions and bake for about 45 minutes or until temperature of meat is 125 degrees for medium. Turn after 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove from oven. Cover lightly with foil and rest 5-7 minutes.
