Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium size skin on red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2. Mix potatoes with 1 Tbsp. each of olive oil and Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  • 3. Place in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Toss chicken breasts with remaining olive oil and Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend. Arrange chicken breasts in pan with potatoes.
  • 5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover lightly with foil for 3-4 minutes.
