4 (4 oz) (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup (240mL) plus 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade

1/2 cup (120mL) medium onion, finely chopped

4 cups (1L) low sodium chicken broth

1 14.5 oz (411g) can petite diced tomatoes with mild green chilies (drained and rinsed)

1 15 oz (425g) can black beans, drained and rinsed

3 Tbsp. (15 mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

1 16oz (454g) package frozen corn nibblets

1. Place chicken breasts in plastic bag, add 1 cup (240mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade and coat completely. Marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, sauté onions in 1/2 cup (120mL) chicken broth until clear and soft. Add diced tomatoes w/green chilies, black beans and remaining 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwestern Chipotle 10- Minute Marinade. Simmer mixture for 5 minutes.

3. Remove chicken from bag, discard extra marinade. Grill chicken on preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until juices run clear. Remove from heat and cool. Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes.

4. Add remaining chicken broth, cooked chicken, Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend and corn nibblets. Remove from heat and serve.
