2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Caribbean Citrus Seasoning Blend

4 (4-5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 sweet potatoes, medium size, cut into 8 wedges each

3 Tbsp. olive oil
- Directions

1. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil.

2. Toss in sweet potatoes and brown on all sides for 1 minute. Remove to a plate.

3. Add remaining olive oil and brown chicken for 2 minutes on each side. Return sweet potatoes to pan and sprinkle all with Mrs. Dash® Caribbean Citrus Seasoning Blend. Cook 3 minutes toss and serve.
