1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

2 Tbsp. (30mL) Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp. (30mL) honey

4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.

2. Mix together Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Brush each chicken breast with mustard mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet; cover and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Remove cover and continue baking for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

My mouth was on fire when I was done eating this...VERY spicy, but it's not just hot - it's got a lot of flavour. I didn't need a dipping sauce or gravy to go with it.
