3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend

4 6 oz. tilapia fillets

2 Tbsp. low fat yogurt

4 Tbsp. red onion, cut thinly into 1/4 inch slices

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Dry each tilapia fillet. Toss onions with Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend and low fat
yogurt.

3. Lay tilapia fillets separately on a 9 x 9 inch sheet pan. Top evenly with onion mix.

4. Broil 5 inches from the broiler 5-7 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
