Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
  • 4 6 oz. tilapia fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. red onion, cut thinly into 1/4 inch slices
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2. Dry each tilapia fillet. Toss onions with Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend and low fat yogurt.
  • 3. Lay tilapia fillets separately on a 9 x 9 inch sheet pan. Top evenly with onion mix.
  • 4. Broil 5 inches from the broiler 5-7 minutes depending on thickness of fillets.
