1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend

1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half

1 1/2 cups 1 inch cubed yellow or red seedless watermelon peeled, cut into 2 inch cubes

1 avocado, cleaned and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
-
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into halves, then into 1/2 inch pieces

1 Tbsp. each fresh tarragon, basil, cilantro chopped coarsely
-
2 Tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin if possible

3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Directions

1. Lightly toss all ingredients including Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime in medium size bowl.

2. Rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to marry.

3. Spoon into four bowls, adding remaining juices over the top of the salad ingredients.
