2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend

6 Oz. (168g) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

8 large beefsteak tomatoes, cored and sliced

1/4 cup (60mL) olive oil, to drizzle
-
1/4 cup (60mL) balsamic vinegar
- Directions

1. Cut mozzarella into 1/4 inch (6cm) thick slices and cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch (6cm) slices.

2. On a platter, arrange mozzarella slices and tomato slices alternately.

3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic and drizzle with combined olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

4. Chill until ready to serve.
