Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • 6 Oz. (168g) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 8 large beefsteak tomatoes, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) olive oil, to drizzle
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) balsamic vinegar
Directions
  • 1. Cut mozzarella into 1/4 inch (6cm) thick slices and cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch (6cm) slices.
  • 2. On a platter, arrange mozzarella slices and tomato slices alternately.
  • 3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic and drizzle with combined olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • 4. Chill until ready to serve.
