1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil

1 cup (240mL) sliced fresh mushrooms

4 tsp. (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend

1 small zucchini, sliced
-
1 small red pepper, thinly sliced

1 12 inch (30cm) pizza crust
-
1 cup (240mL) mozzarella cheese, grated, divided
-
2 tsp (10ml) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend

3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Directions

1. In a large skillet, add 1 tsp. (5mL) olive oil to skillet, add mushrooms and saute 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked.

2. Season with 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb, remove mushrooms from pan, drain if necessary. Set aside.

3. Add remaining olive oil to pan and saute zucchini, peppers and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb until softened, about 3 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 450°F (220°C).

5. Assemble pizza by brushing the crust with a little olive oil, sprinkle with half the zucchini mixture, cheese and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend.

6. Add half the tomatoes, top with remaining vegetables, remaining tomatoes, and cheese.

7. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
