Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
  • 1 cup (240mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tsp. (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 12 inch (30cm) pizza crust
  • 1 cup (240mL) mozzarella cheese, grated, divided
  • 2 tsp (10ml) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions
  • 1. In a large skillet, add 1 tsp. (5mL) olive oil to skillet, add mushrooms and saute 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked.
  • 2. Season with 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb, remove mushrooms from pan, drain if necessary. Set aside.
  • 3. Add remaining olive oil to pan and saute zucchini, peppers and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 450°F (220°C).
  • 5. Assemble pizza by brushing the crust with a little olive oil, sprinkle with half the zucchini mixture, cheese and 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend.
  • 6. Add half the tomatoes, top with remaining vegetables, remaining tomatoes, and cheese.
  • 7. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
