1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Onion and Herb Seasoning Blend

2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

8 Oz. (225g) reduced fat cream cheese

1/2 cup (120mL) reduced fat mayonnaise

6 Oz. (168g) jar artichokes, drained
- Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Mrs. Dash® Onion and Herb and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper to food processor, mix until well blended.

3. Stir in artichokes.

4. Place in small casserole dish.

5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.

6. Serve warm with pita crisps and freshly cut raw vegetables.
