Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Onion and Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 8 Oz. (225g) reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 6 Oz. (168g) jar artichokes, drained
Directions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Mrs. Dash® Onion and Herb and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper to food processor, mix until well blended.
  • 3. Stir in artichokes.
  • 4. Place in small casserole dish.
  • 5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
  • 6. Serve warm with pita crisps and freshly cut raw vegetables.
