Have a butcher cut the ribs lengthwise and then cut them into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients except pork ribs. Mix well. Add ribs to marinade and marinade for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs in large roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are very tender. Note: serve ribs with lots of napkins.
