Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Drain and finely chop water chestnuts, finely chop green onion. Combine ground beef, water chestnuts, egg substitute or egg, sherry, green onion, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, and ginger in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 32 meatballs, about 1 inch (1.5cm) in diameter. Place meatballs on rack in broiler pan. Bake meatballs 15-20 minutes. Prepare Hot N' Spicy Dipping Sauce as directed in related recipe (see link ). Serve meatballs with Hot N'Spicy Dipping Sauce.
