Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine corn meal and 1 cup (240mL) water in large bowl. Bring the remaining water to a boil in large saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in corn meal mixture. Stir constantly for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in 2 tsp. (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy and corn. Cool for 10 minutes. Heat 3 Tbsp. (45mL) oil in large skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add beef and cook until no longer pink; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and remaining Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy; mix well. Lightly oil 2 qt. (2L) casserole, using remaining 1 tsp. (5mL) oil. Spoon corn mixture into casserole, pushing it up sides of dish and smoothing with moistened spatula to make uniform thick crust. Spoon meat mixture evenly over corn crust. Sprinkle cheeses around edge of beef, near crust. Bake 1 hour. Serve hot.
