Place shrimp, olive oil, Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy and Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime into a gallon size ziploc bag. Shake ziploc bag until shrimp are well coated. In rice cooker, combine rice, peas, chicken broth and Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Cook rice until done (1- 1 1/2 hours). Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet
with laluminum foil and pour shrimp onto cookie sheet. Bake approx 20 minutes. Place rice in a bowl, pour 10-12 shrimp over rice.
