A must-have for the Memorial Day weekend. Make this your signature dish that they'll keep asking for - classic style with hard-boiled eggs, relish and celery. It's all flavored with the good taste of Mrs. Dash® Table Blend.
Ingredients:
  • 7 medium potatoes
  • 2 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup (120mL) light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Table Blend
Directions:
  1. Place potatoes in saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Cool, cube, and place potatoes in large salad bowl.
  3. Chop hard-boiled eggs and add to potatoes with onion, green pepper, celery, and sweet relish.
  4. Make dressing by combining remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over vegetables and toss well.
  6. Dust salad with Mrs. Dash® Table Blend.
