Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend

Build a better tuna salad by leaving out the high fat mayo and using the good flavors of fresh vegetables and Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. It’s fabulous fish food that’s packed with protein and omega-3 fats. Convenient canned tuna gets this terrific meal on the table in ten minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 12 Oz. (336g) can water-packed white (albacore) tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup (80mL) chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) sliced black olives
  • 4 cups (960mL) salad greens
  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except salad greens and tomatoes in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Serve over salad greens surrounded by tomatoes.
