Spicy Teriyaki 10-minute Marinade

If you’re craving Chinese food tonight, there’s no need to rely on high-sodium take-out. With just three ingredients, you’ll have dinner ready faster than ordering and picking up dinner across town.
Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cups (354 ml), Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade, divided
  • 4 (4 oz)(115 g) boneless, skinless breasts
  • 4 stalks baby bok choy
Directions:
  1. Marinate chicken in 3/4 cup (240ml) Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove chicken from Marinade, discarding Marinade.
  2. Meanwhile, marinate bok choy in 1/2 cup Mrs. Dash ® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove vegetables from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup Marinade. Place bok choy on a preheated grill for about 2-3 minutes, turning often. Serve chicken with bok choy.
