Grilled Chicken with Baby Bok Choy
Ingredients:
- 4 (4 oz)(115 g) boneless, skinless breasts
- 1-1/2 cups (354 ml), Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki 10-Minute Marinade, divided
- 4 stalks baby bok choy
Directions:
- Marinate chicken in 3/4 cup (240ml) Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki 10-Minute Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove chicken from Marinade, discarding Marinade.
- Meanwhile, marinate bok choy in 1/2 cup Mrs. Dash ® Spicy Teriyaki 10-Minute Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove vegetables from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup Marinade. Place bok choy on a preheated grill for about 2-3 minutes, turning often. Serve chicken with bok choy.
