![]() Cashew Chicken TeriyakiSpicy Teriyaki 10-minute Marinade |
Cashew Chicken Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240mL) Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade, divided
- 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1(12 oz)(340g) package frozen cut green beans
- 1 cup (240mL) fresh shredded carrots (packaged)
- 1/2 cup (120mL) unsalted cashews (halves and pieces)
- 3 cups (720mL) hot cooked brown rice
Directions:
- Marinate chicken in 3/4 cup (180mL)Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove chicken from Marinade, discarding marinade.
- In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook chicken about 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Add green beans, carrots, cashews and remaining ¼ cup (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade and continue cooking until vegetables are crisp tender-about 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.

I use fresh asian vegetables as my main vegetable with this instead of just green beans, and it's delicious. I've used chow mein noodles instead of brown rice for a variation too. Excellent!
