Chicken and Rice Florentine Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 ounces) low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups Minute® Brown Rice uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Onion & Herb Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
- BRING chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- ADD rice, Mrs. Dash® Seasoning Blends and chicken. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes.
- ADD spinach and stir until wilted. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
