If it’s your turn to bring the cole slaw, let this crowd-pleasing dish have it’s day in the sun. While low in carbs, sodium, and potassium, this cole slaw is definitely high on taste.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 5 cups (1.25L) shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup (240mL) shredded carrots
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. (45mL) cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. (30mL) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp (10mL) sugar
Directions:
  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, radishes and onion in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, sugar and lemon juice in small bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to mix well.
  4. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Toss again before serving.
