Italian Medley Seasoning Blend

Bookmark and Share Chicken with Artichoke Recipe

Have a romantic Italian dinner at home that feels like fine dining, but is simple to prepare and enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tsp (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Italian Medley Seasoning Blend, divided
  • 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
  • 15 Oz. (420g) can of artichoke hearts, quartered, well drained
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup (60mL) low sodium chicken broth
Directions:
  1. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Italian Medley.
  2. Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet; brown chicken over medium-high heat.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Add wine and chicken broth to skillet; blend well.
  5. Add artichokes, remaining 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Classic Italiano and chicken; simmer until liquid is reduced slightly, about 5 minutes.
